| COURSE CARE |
Can I remind members that we can add to the up-keep of the course and free up ground-staff time if the following aspects or behaviours are followed:
Please carry a bucket of sand and help smooth over any divots on the course. The speed at which divots recover is excellent at this time of the year. Some tees need some attention after playing a shot so please make the effort to get sand on those.
Pitchmarks frequent every green on the course and they are easily fixed while another player putts or prepares. They come in various forms and can be caused by any shot that is played in to a green. Help keep the course in great condition by finding and then repairing yours, or any one that has been missed.
Bunker rakes should be re-placed in the bunker and not left adjacent to, or pointing out from, any bunker. Careful raking after play will allow everyone a good chance of that elusive |
