There are 7 Board positions up for election at this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to start at 7pm on Thursday 26th November.
There are two Office Bearer roles – President & Vice President – these positions will be elected until the Club’s 2022 AGM.
There are five Director roles – these positions will be elected until the Club’s 2021 AGM
Per articles 20.1 and 20.2 of the Club’s constitution, Board members MUST be a FULL member of the Club.
All correspondence regarding the 2020 / 2021 Board Nominations must be sent to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org Please note emails must be received by the closing time of 4pm on Wednesday 21st October. In the event a ballot is required, ballot papers will be distributed to all FULL voting members at least 2 weeks before the AGM scheduled for Thursday 26th November. ALL 5 and 6 day members are eligible to vote.
